Return & Refund Policy
At Mervshop, every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. By placing an order on mervshop.com, you agree to the following return and refund terms.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping (US Orders)
We offer Free Return Shipping for all customers within the United States.
- Contact us at info@mervshop.com with your order number.
- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Print the label and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed
- Item must be unaltered
- Item must be free from stains, marks, or damage
- Item must be returned in original packaging with tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
Final Sale Items – Items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
Intimate Apparel – Items such as nightgowns, camisoles, and tank tops cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 5–6 hours of placing the order.
Once an order status is marked as "Shipped", it can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:
If tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, you may request a replacement shipment or a refund.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered", we are unable to issue a refund.
If you did not receive a package marked as delivered, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and request a Non-Delivery Certification.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may qualify for a replacement or full refund.
Requirements:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please email info@mervshop.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
A photo of the shipping label
A photo of the original packaging
Return conditions:
Item must be unworn
Item must be unwashed
Item must be unaltered

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with all relevant order information, including:
Order confirmation
Tracking information
Delivery confirmation
Communication records
Billing and shipping address verification
Submitting a chargeback for a valid and delivered order may result in the customer being restricted from making future purchases on mervshop.com.
We encourage customers to contact us first at info@mervshop.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Missing Items or Incorrect Claims
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To investigate the claim, we may require:
Photos of the package received
Photos of the packing slip
Photos of the items received
All orders are carefully packed and documented during fulfillment. If our records show the correct items were shipped, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity:
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Orders flagged by our system for high fraud risk may require additional verification before shipment.
Repeated claims of lost packages, missing items, or refund abuse may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.
Refund Processing
Once your return or claim has been approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
