At Mervshop, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. At Mervshop, every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. Because of this dedicated process and to maintain our competitive pricing, all sales are final once they leave our facilityBy shopping with mervshop.com, you agree to the following terms:1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement.
- Report Window: You must report the issue to us at info@mervshop.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

Evidence Required: To process your claim, we require:
- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.
- A photo of the shipping label and the original packaging.
We monitor all shipments closely. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, you are eligible for a reshipment or refund based on the following timelines:
- USA Orders: If tracking has not updated for more than 45 days.
- International Orders: If tracking has not updated for more than 60 days.
- Delivered Status: We cannot issue refunds for orders where tracking shows "Delivered." If you did not receive a package marked as delivered, please contact your local post office or carrier to obtain a "Non-Delivery Certification."
To keep our operations lean and avoid unnecessary environmental impact, Mervshop does not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection.
- Please review our size charts (where applicable) and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- If an item is sent in the size you ordered but does not fit, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Orders can only be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped (usually within 6–12 hours). Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.5. Refund ProcessingOnce your refund is approved:
- The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Requests made more than 90 days after the original payment date.

- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
